Off to Berlin

I know, I know, I won't be gone until Friday evening, but I am rushing off directly from work and tomorrow evening I'll be busy packing.

I can't wait!

I haven't been home for more than a few hours for ten months now and I long, yes, I long for warm summer evenings on my parent's terrace, the day-long cycling tour to the Spreewald area that my father and I have planned and barbecuing with lots of friends and family.

I miss them.

On another note, my parents are a bit old fashioned in their internet approach. They don't use it, so why get a flat rate? (Because their daughter or granddaughter might use it? Just a suggestion, since it is not even more expensive than that stupid dial up thingy they got going now...)

Anyhow, I doubt that I will be around much, but if I get a particularly nice picture on one of my adventures in Germany, I might try to convince their computer to let me post something :)
