What I am worried about is that the response to the earthquake in Kashmir was also quite half-hearted. It's like punishing the most vulnerable people for the countries politics, which in turn makes them more desperate and more receptive for extremists, who usually pick up the slack, give some sort of aid together with some nice indoctrination.
