SarahWhitman - Thank you! I agree, Draco would have probably rather indifferent towards the little girl. Jeanne does influence him. I see the woman with the choker as someone a bit older than Hermione, a member of the army of the Light, but noone she would know personally. With full out war breaking out and people having to chose sides, both the Light and the Dark must have had many, many more mebers than we know. This chance encounter just show how dangerous Hermione's position is - people, who don't know her personally would not understand what she is doing. I can't wait to hear what you think about this chapter!

Draco_Lover - SQUEE! Thank you! The choker is Hermione's (and Ginny's, Molly's, etc....) glamour device that makes her look different so she can hide in plain sight, so the woman recognised her as someone from the Light. Hermione's plan is becoming more and more dangerous, as we will see inchapter 10!
